1. 無料のお試し

はじめの14日間は、すべての機能を、カードの登録なしで無料でお試しいただけます。気に入らなければ、何もせずにお試しを終えるだけで、ご請求はありません。

2. 解約

いつでも解約できます。拡張機能の「⚙ 設定」>「プランとお支払い」>「お支払い・解約の管理」から、お手続きください。解約しても、お支払い済みの期間の終わりまでは、すべての機能をご利用いただけます。次の更新の請求は行われません。作成したプロンプトや設定は消えません。

3. 返金

お試しの期間があるため、お支払い後の返金は、原則として行いません。次の場合は、全額を返金します。

• 二重のご請求など、弊社側の誤りで請求した場合
• はじめてのお支払い（お試しのあとの1回目、または、お試しなしでのお申し込みの1回目）から14日以内に、下記の連絡先へお申し出があった場合

更新のお支払い（2回目以降）は、更新の前に解約していただければ請求されません。更新後の返金は、原則として行いません。

4. お申し出の方法

メール（info@liquid-block.com）で、お申し込みに使った Google アカウントのメールアドレスと、返金をご希望の旨をお知らせください。確認のうえ、通常、数営業日以内に、元のお支払い方法に返金します（カード会社の処理により、お手元の明細に反映されるまで、さらに時間がかかる場合があります）。

Refunds and Cancellation

1. Free trial

You can try all features free for the first 14 days, without registering a card. If you don't want to continue, simply let the trial end — you will not be charged.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from "Settings" > "Plan & billing" > "Manage payment / cancel" in the extension. After you cancel, you keep access to all features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your prompts and settings are not deleted.

3. Refunds

Because a free trial is available, we generally do not refund payments. We will refund in full if:

• we charged you in error (for example, a double charge), or
• you contact us within 14 days of your first payment.

Renewal payments are not charged if you cancel before the renewal date. We generally do not refund after a renewal.

4. How to request

Email info@liquid-block.com with the Google account email you used to subscribe and a note that you would like a refund. After checking, we normally refund to the original payment method within a few business days (it may take longer to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer).
