1. 事業者
株式会社リキッドブロック（英語表記：Liquid Block Inc.）。連絡先は、本ページの末尾に記載します。
2. このサービスについて
「LB AI Prompt side bar」は、ChatGPT・Claude・Gemini・画像／動画の生成AIなどを使うときに、目的別のプロンプトを選んで入力欄に入れるための、Chrome の拡張機能（サイドパネル）です。それ自体はAIを提供せず、他のAIサービスを使うための補助です。
3. 弊社が取得・保存するもの
無料版（ログインなし）では、弊社は何も取得しません。プロンプトや設定は、お使いのパソコンの Chrome の中（chrome.storage）だけに保存されます。
お試し・有料プランを使うために Google でログインしたときだけ、弊社のサーバー（Google Cloud、東京リージョン）に、次のものを保存します。

弊社が取得しないもの：プロンプトの本文、メモ、入力した内容、参照画像・参照ファイル、閲覧しているページの内容・履歴、AIサービスの API キー（これらは、お使いのパソコンの中だけにあります）。
4. お支払い
お支払いは、Stripe, Inc.（Stripe Payments Japan 株式会社）が処理します。カード番号などは、Stripe の画面に直接入力され、弊社は受け取りません。弊社が Stripe から受け取るのは、お客様ID・契約の状態・請求の履歴など、契約の管理に必要な情報です。詳しくは Stripe のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. Google のユーザーデータの扱い（Google API の利用）
この拡張機能は、次の Google の権限を使います。
- メールアドレスの確認（openid・userinfo.email）：ログインと、お試し・有料プランの利用者の特定のため。
- Google ドライブの「アプリ専用の領域」（drive.appdata）：同期データの暗号の鍵を、あなたのドライブに置くため。この領域は、この拡張機能だけが読み書きでき、ドライブのほかのファイルは見えません。
- Google スプレッドシート（spreadsheets）：「チーム共有」の機能を使うと決めたときだけ。あなたが指定したスプレッドシートを、プロンプトの共有のために読み書きします。
LB AI Prompt side bar による、Google API から受け取った情報の利用と他者への提供は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定的な使用の要件を含む）に従います。取得した Google のユーザーデータは、上記の目的以外には使わず、広告には使わず、第三者に販売・提供しません。
6. 拡張機能が通信する先
- 弊社のサーバー：お試し・有料プランの状態の確認、有料のプリセット（定型プロンプト）の受け取り、同期（オンにしたときだけ）。
- AIサービス：AI翻訳・「AIで作成」などの機能をあなたが使ったときだけ、あなたが設定した API キーを使って、そのAIサービス（Anthropic・OpenAI・Google）へ、翻訳・作成の対象の文章を直接送ります。弊社のサーバーは通りません。各社の取り扱いは、各社の規約に従います。
- ニュースの配信元：「AIニュース」の表示のため、公開されている RSS を取得します（あなたの情報は送りません）。
- Google：ログインと、ドライブ・スプレッドシートの利用のため。
拡張機能は、AIサービスの入力欄にプロンプトを入れるために、そのページの入力欄に文字を書き込みます。ページの内容を読み取って保存・送信することはしません。
7. 保管期間・削除
- 弊社が保存した情報は、サービスを提供している間、保管します。
- 削除をご希望のときは、下記の連絡先にご連絡ください。ご本人を確認したうえで、30日以内に、弊社のサーバーにある情報（メールアドレス・契約の状態・パソコンの一覧・同期データ）を削除します。ただし、法令に基づき保存が必要な会計・取引の記録（Stripe 上の請求の履歴など）は、その期間は残ります。
- 拡張機能をアンインストールすると、そのパソコンの中のデータ（プロンプト・設定・API キー）は、Chrome から削除されます。
- Google ドライブのアプリ専用の領域のデータは、Google アカウントの「サードパーティのアクセス」から、この拡張機能の接続を解除すると、削除できます。
8. 第三者への提供・安全管理
弊社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。取得する情報の取り扱いを委託する先は、Google（Google Cloud、Firestore）と Stripe です。通信は暗号化（HTTPS）され、状態の情報には電子署名を付けて、書き換えを防いでいます。
9. 子どもの利用
このサービスは、13歳未満の方を対象としていません。
10. 変更
この方針を変えるときは、このページで知らせます。重要な変更は、拡張機能の中でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
1. About the service
"LB AI Prompt side bar" is a Chrome extension (side panel) that helps you pick a ready-made prompt and insert it into AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and image/video generators. It does not provide AI itself.
2. What we collect and store
With the free version (no sign-in) we collect nothing. Your prompts and settings stay in your browser (chrome.storage) on your computer.
Only if you sign in with Google to use the free trial or a paid plan, we store the following on our servers (Google Cloud, Tokyo region):

What we do not collect: the text of your prompts, notes, inputs, reference images/files, the content or history of the pages you visit, and the API keys you set for AI services (these stay on your computer).
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly on Stripe's pages and are never received by us. We receive only what is needed to manage your subscription (customer ID, subscription status, invoice history). See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. Use of Google user data
- Email address (openid, userinfo.email): for sign-in and to identify trial/paid users.
- Google Drive app data folder (drive.appdata): to store the sync encryption key in your own Drive. Only this extension can read or write this folder; your other Drive files are not accessible.
- Google Sheets (spreadsheets): only if you choose to use the "team sharing" feature; it reads and writes the spreadsheet you specify, to share prompts.
LB AI Prompt side bar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for anything other than the purposes above, do not use it for advertising, and do not sell or share it with third parties.
5. Where the extension connects
- Our server: to check trial/paid status, to receive paid presets (ready-made prompts), and to sync (only if turned on).
- AI services: only when you use features such as AI translation or "create with AI", the text you ask it to process is sent directly from your browser to the AI service you configured (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) using your own API key. It does not pass through our server. Each provider handles the data under its own terms.
- News sources: public RSS feeds are fetched for the "AI News" view (none of your information is sent).
- Google: for sign-in and for Drive/Sheets features.
To insert a prompt, the extension writes text into the input field of the AI service page you are using. It does not read, store or send the content of pages.
6. Retention and deletion
- We keep the information we store while we provide the service.
- To request deletion, contact us below. After verifying your identity we will delete, within 30 days, the information on our servers (email, subscription status, device list, sync data). Accounting/transaction records we must keep by law (e.g. invoice history at Stripe) remain for the required period.
- Uninstalling the extension removes the data on that computer (prompts, settings, API keys) from Chrome.
- Data in the Google Drive app data folder can be removed by revoking this extension's access in your Google Account.
7. Third parties and security
We do not provide the information we hold to third parties except as required by law. Our processors are Google (Google Cloud, Firestore) and Stripe. Communication uses HTTPS, and status information is digitally signed to prevent tampering.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will announce it on this page, and notify you in the extension for important changes.
